- I'm 6'2'' about 180lbs and I ordered the medium because I wanted a slimmer fit. the coat looks great but the medium was too tight under the arms and just wasn't quite long enough at the waist. The arm length was long enough when my arms rested at my sides, but barely, when I raised my arms parallel with my shoulders the sleeves receded about 2 inches down my wrist. Also the coat is thinner than other pea coats i've had, which is okay if your not in freezing weather, but I think i'll stick with the J Crew large pea coat that I was going to return or maybe order this same coat in large. Hope this helps
- Nice looking and stylish Peacoat. My one complaint is the arms are on the tighter side and the shoulder width is fairly narrow. Don't go by the generic size dimensions they supply you. I normally wear a large and wish I would have purchased an extra large. If you are more on the muscular side take this into consideration.
