- I ordered this item and received it promptly, in usual Amazon fashion. Unfortunately, the plastic hinge holding the ear piece on the glasses was broken on one side. I contacted Amazon and they agreed to send me a replacement. I sent back the original item (Amazon payed shipping) and received the replacement in the mail. The replacement contained...broken glasses. The hinge was broken in the exact same way. Clearly there is something wrong in the creation or packaging of this item that snaps the hinge.
